Essential Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and support for FICO processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation or migration projects.
• Understanding of local statutory and regulatory accounting requirements.
• Familiarity with intercompany processes and international accounting standards.
• Exposure to supporting end-users and conducting training sessions.

About the Role

• Leading or supporting full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
• Configuring and customizing FI and CO modules to meet business needs.
• Developing financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal accounting policies.
• Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Providing training and guidance to end-users to maximize adoption of SAP solutions.
• Collaborating with other SAP module consultants (MM, SD, HR) to ensure seamless integration across the system.
