Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support multiple integration and compliance projects for a leading FMCG company. The role requires hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA FICO, management of banking and E-commerce integrations, resolution of production order settlement issues, and standardization of financial reporting.

The consultant will also ensure that all processes and configurations comply with IT General Controls (ITGC) audit requirements, thereby safeguarding financial and system integrity and Exposure to integration projects viz banking, OTC, etc will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities Integration Projects

Lead Host-to-Host bank payment integration
Resolve Production Order Settlement entries and related costing issues
Support integration with E-commerce WMS portals for PO, invoicing, and inventory data

Reporting & Analytics

Standardize SAP-based financial reports – P&L, Receivable Ageing, Payable Ageing, Profitability Analysis
Enhance reporting controls and ensure audit trails are properly maintained
Understanding SAP Analytics Cloud

Compliance & Controls

Ensure full compliance with ITGC audit requirements across SAP processes
Maintain proper segregation of duties, access controls, and change management documentation
Support statutory requirements – GST, TDS, CIN, Withholding Tax, E-invoicing

Finance & Business Engagement

Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Banking) and CO (COPA, Costing, PCA,
CCA).Partner with Finance, Treasury, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver compliant solutions.
Train users on process adherence and audit readiness.

Education & Experience

6–10 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 S/4 HANA implementations.
Proven experience in banking integrations, reporting standardization, COPA, product costing, and settlement processes.
