Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and supportSAP FICO modulesincludingGeneral Ledger (GL),Accounts Payable (AP),Accounts Receivable (AR),Asset Accounting (AA),Cost Center Accounting (CCA), andProfit Center Accounting (PCA).
Work onS/4HANA Financefunctionalities such asNew GL,Universal Journal (ACDOCA), andCentral Finance.
Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Performsystem configuration,testing, andintegrationwith other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
Manageend-to-end implementationandsupport projectsfrom blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
Conductuser training,UAT sessions, anddocumentationof configurations and processes.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Supportfinance closing activities,reporting, anddata migration.

Required Skills and Experience

4 to 9 yearsof hands-on experience inSAP FICOmodule implementation and support.
Strong knowledge ofFinancial Accounting (FI)andControlling (CO)business processes.
Hands-on experience inS/4HANA Financeenvironment (preferred).
Understanding ofintegration pointswith other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
Experience inConfiguration, Testing, and Production Support.
Sound knowledge ofBusiness Process Mapping,Data Migration, andReporting (Fiori, SAP Query, etc.).
Experience withprofitability analysis (COPA)andcost object controlling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
