Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling, with extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions to meet client needs.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP FICO configurations and enhancements.
- Provide user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to enhance system performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12-20 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module configuration and implementation.
- Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
