Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: 12+ years

CTC: Up to 28 LPA

Location: Onsite - Bangalore (Electronic City)

About the Role

We're looking for a senior SAP FICO Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Finance and Controlling modules across new implementations and ongoing support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather requirements, document business needs, and recommend solutions
• Ensure FICO integrates cleanly with other SAP modules and systems
• Identify and resolve issues, provide technical support, and document procedures
• Create and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and test cases (mandatory)
• Provide user training and ongoing support
• Consult on both new implementations and existing support projects

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
• Strong configuration experience across FI and CO sub-modules
• Proven experience with both end-to-end implementations and support engagements
• Solid understanding of FICO integration with SD, MM, and other modules
• Strong documentation skills, including functional specs and test cases
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and training skills
