Description
We are seeking an experienced AP FICO/CFIN Manager to lead our Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the finance domain, with a strong focus on managing accounts payable processes and expertise in SAP FICO and CFIN. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of AP operations, driving process improvements, and providing leadership to a team of finance professionals. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable (AP) team ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and CFIN (Central Finance) modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of AP processes and accounts to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on SAP FICO/CFIN functionalities and best practices.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in AP operations.
- Prepare and present monthly AP reports to management including KPIs and performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO and CFIN modules; experience with S4HANA is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices, including tax compliance and regulations in India.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; strong Excel skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
