JD for SAP FICO, FM & FSCM functional

Experience: 7+ years

• Lead a team of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM functional experts in the design, implementation, and Support of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM modules

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, FM & FSCM modules, including design, configuration, and testing of the system

• Experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO and FM modules

• Proficient in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques.

• Good Understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.

• 10 years of experience in SAP FICO/FM

• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, and Funds Management.

• Knowledge in integration with PS, PM, HR, MM, SD, FICA, CS, REFX & Bank Application

• Collaborate effectively with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP FICO, FM and FSCM modules to meet business requirements

• Develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.

• Perform functional testing execution after development completion.

• Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues (L3 support) related to SAP FICO, FM & FSCM modules

• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams

• SAP Certification will be an added advantage
