SAP FICO AMS Support Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO AMS Support Consultant to join our team and provide L2/L3 functional support in a production environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FI/CO and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Support GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Tax & Financial Closing processes.
• Handle CO-CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing & CO-PA.
• Perform RCA and drive permanent resolution of recurring issues.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across FICO, MM, SD & PP.
• Manage incidents, problems, service requests and change requests using ServiceNow/Jira or similar ITSM tools.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployments.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work with business users, technical teams and global stakeholders on enhancements and continuous improvements.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO functional support/AMS.
• Good knowledge of FI & CO configuration and business processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with MM/SD.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global support environment.

Good to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Knowledge of Fiori, IDocs, APIs and SAP interfaces.
• Exposure to SAP Central Finance.
• SAP FICO certification.
