Job Title: SAP FICA Functional Consultant (Collections & Dunning)
Location: India (Remote)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Functional Consultant with strong expertise in collections, dunning, and payment arrangements within regulated environments (preferably utilities). The role involves driving enhancements, simplifying complex customizations, and improving operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize SAP FICA processes, including dunning, collections, disconnections, and correspondence
- Design and enhance payment arrangements (installment plans), default handling, and write-off automation
- Simplify existing custom solutions by leveraging standard SAP capabilities
- Support functional design, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Align FICA processes with digital channels and operational tools
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of SAP IS-U / SAP FICA functional experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in dunning and collections
- Strong expertise in collections, disconnections, payment plans, and correspondence
- Experience in utilities or other regulated industries
- Proven ability to simplify complex customizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with BRF+ (decision tables, rule sets)
- Exposure to high-volume collection environments
- Experience with digital/agent tools integration
