SAP FICA Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICA solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business workshops with utility stakeholders.
• Configure SAP Utilities FICA components, including:
• Business Partner
• Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
• Billing Document Flow
• Dispute & Dunning Management
• Payment Processing
• Integration with other SAP modules
• Collaborate with Technical, Basis, Integration, and PMO teams for seamless delivery.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and support cutover activities.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot and provide expert support for FICA-related business processes.
