About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on configuration experience and the ability to independently handle client requirements across implementation and support projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP FICA implementation, configuration, and support activities
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP FICA solutions
- Participate in and lead blueprint workshops — prepare and present solution design decks to clients
- Create Microsoft Visio process flow diagrams based on client proposals
- Prepare and own Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD), and Business Process Procedures (BPP)
- Configure SAP FICA modules including contract accounts, posting, clearing, dunning, and payments
- Support integration of FICA with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI
- Mentor junior consultants and review configuration deliverables
- Identify gaps in current implementations and propose improvements
Must Have
- 3–8 years of hands-on SAP FICA functional experience
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP FICA implementations
- Strong configuration knowledge of:
- Contract Account Management
- Posting & Clearing
- Dunning & Collections
- Payment Processing
- Good understanding of FICA integration with FI, SD, and billing components
- Experience in client-facing roles — workshops, requirement gathering, UAT support
- Ability to independently create functional and design documentation
Good to Have
- Exposure to SAP BRIM ecosystem (SOM, CC, CI)
- Experience in utility, telecom, or subscription-based industry domains
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICA migration or implementation
