Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP FI-CA Consultants to support a large-scale Public Sector SAP implementation for a Government entity in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/support the implementation of SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI-CA solutions.
• Conduct design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure SAP FI-CA according to business requirements.
• Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Manage end-to-end solution implementation, including Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Gap activities.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Guide team members and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions comply with Public Sector/Government business processes.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA.
• Experience in SAP implementation and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable processes.
• Experience conducting design/requirement workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation projects.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Public Sector / Government implementation experience.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
