Job Description: SAP FICA Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Remote - India & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
Experience: 8+ Years
About Us:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP FICA, strong analytical skills, and the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work in India with on-site assignments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• SAP FICA Implementation:
o Design, configure, and implement SAP FICA solutions tailored to business needs.
o Lead FICA projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and go-live.
o Develop and maintain functional specifications, system configurations, and custom developments.
o Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICA with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their financial accounting requirements.
o Provide expert advice on SAP FICA capabilities and best practices.
o Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICA.
• Technical Expertise:
o Perform data modeling, data migration, and data reconciliation within SAP FICA.
o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in financial transactions and reports.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICA performance and functionality.
• Project Management:
o Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors as necessary.
o Document project progress, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with the latest SAP FICA features, updates, and industry trends.
o Propose and implement enhancements to existing SAP FICA solutions.
o Optimize FICA processes for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience:
o 8+ years of experience in SAP Financial Contract Accounting, with a proven track record of successful implementations and projects.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SAP FICA configuration, data migration, and integration with other SAP modules.
o Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounts receivable, and accounts payable within SAP.
o Experience with SAP FICO, SAP FI-CA, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
o Willingness to travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as required.
• Certifications:
o SAP FICA Certification is a plus.
o Other relevant SAP certifications are advantageous.
• Travel:
o Ready to travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as and when required for a period of 2-3 months in a year.
