Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICA Consultant with around 4 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) and experience in configuration, support, and implementation activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes related to billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and dispute management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for FI-CA related processes.
- Handle billing, invoicing, payment processing, collections, and dunning procedures.
- Provide production support and resolve issues related to FI-CA transactions.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
- Ensure proper integration with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and IS-U.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and coordinate with the technical team.
- Conduct user training and support UAT activities.
- Maintain system documentation and process guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CA configuration and business processes.
- Experience in accounts receivable, payment processing, collections, and dispute management.
- Understanding of dunning, payment clearing, account determination, and reconciliation.
- Experience in integration with SAP FI and other related modules.
- Good understanding of SAP support processes and ticketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in SAP FI-CA implementation/support.
- SAP certification in FI-CA (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP IS-U integration.
- Exposure to S/4HANA environment.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional consultants is an added advantage.
