Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects
- Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across UK, North America & Europe regions
- Experience with CRM ISU Integration
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects
- Client facing experience
- Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment
- Setup of Direct Debit Payments
- Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan
- Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process
- Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print
- Integration with Billing & FICO
