Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI) Consultant with 7-12 years of experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FI processes and be capable of delivering end-to-end financial solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Financial Accounting processes.
• Configure and support SAP FI solutions based on business needs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within agreed timelines.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Drive continuous process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI).
• Strong expertise in:
• General Ledger Accounting (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
• Tax Configuration
• Financial Closing and Reporting
• Intercompany Accounting
• Experience in New GL and Financial Reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of integration with CO, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
