Role: SAP FI Specialist - Concur (T&E) Integration

Shift time: 2 pm to 11 pm / 1 pm to 10 pm

About the role

Own and optimize SAP FI (S/4HANA/ECC) with a focus on Travel & Expense (Concur via MuleSoft, AirPlus) and end-to-end P2P. You'll design and enhance T&E/P2P solutions, resolve incidents, govern integrations, and map processes to drive accuracy, compliance, and speed. Primary scope: T&E + Payments; secondary support across P2P (VIM–Ivalua), FI/MM as needed.

What you'll do

Optimize day-to-day T&E & P2P between SAP and integrated platforms (Concur, AirPlus, Ivalua).

Own design/config/implementation of T&E/P2P per roadmap; enable new features and improvements.

Lead and resolve P1 incidents for T&E; coordinate with Concur Specialists, Developers, AMS/SAP support.

Govern integrations across SAP FI ↔ Concur/AirPlus/Workday/Ivalua (IDoc, XML, REST, file).

Configure and/or validate FI (AP, GL, Payments); map processes and enforce compliance.

Produce functional/technical specs, run testing incl. UAT, and deliver knowledge transfer.

Support closing activities, reconciliations, and audit/regulatory adherence.

Contribute to solution design, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and documentation.

Must have

5–8 years hands-on in SAP FI (S/4HANA/ECC) across AP, GL, T&E, Payments & integrations.

Proven Concur integration experience (via MuleSoft/APIs/IDoc/XML/REST/file).

T&E/Concur process know-how (claims, employee data, advances) and FI integration points.

Payments expertise (must).

Strong analysis, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication; solid spec writing + UAT.

Organized, proactive, collaborative; mentoring/lead experience is a plus.

English required;

Nice to have

Direct Concur ownership in a global environment.

VIM and/or SAP MM knowledge; Ivalua exposure.

S/4HANA upgrades/process migrations in P2P & T&E.

SAP Fiori, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics.

Familiarity with audit/compliance for finance/T&E systems.
