Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Coupa Treasury Management SAP Treasury FICO Sabrix and SAP FICO along with domain knowledge in Health & Safety (EHS) and Production Planning & Control for Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Provide expertise in Coupa Treasury Management SAP Treasury FICO Sabrix and SAP FICO to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop functional specifications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on best practices in Health & Safety (EHS) and Production Planning & Control for Industrial Manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and user guides to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Oversee system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business needs.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Train and mentor team members and end-users on system functionalities and processes to ensure effective utilization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all implemented solutions.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and leveraging emerging technologies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress challenges and solutions to maintain transparency.
- Support the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to societal well-being.
Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Coupa Treasury Management SAP Treasury FICO Sabrix and SAP FICO.
- Demonstrate expertise in Health & Safety (EHS) and Production Planning & Control for Industrial Manufacturing.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bring a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing financial systems and processes.
- Display proficiency in system testing validation and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
