What we are looking for: We are looking for a Custom Software Lead

Role: SAP FI S/4Hana Accounting Lead

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Pan India

Skills: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance, SAP Ariba, SAP Vendor Invoice Management, Ariba Central Invoicing Management (CIM)

Responsibilities

• Act as SME, lead and manage team decisions.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Oversee technical direction and architectural design of custom solutions.
• Establish development standards and ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in software development.

Required Skills

• Must-have expertise: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance, SAP Ariba, SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
• Experience with Ariba Central Invoicing Management (CIM) – at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
• Configuration for Supplier Risk, Lifecycle & Performance, Ariba Sourcing, and Contract Management.
• Knowledge of Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and S/4HANA Materials Management.
• Ariba ICM parameter setup, approval workflow configuration.
• Data migration (Master Data, Accounting Data, Cross Application Data, Open Contracts).
• Integration with SAP MM and SAP FI.
• Invoice processing: centralized intake, verification (2-way/3-way matching), workflow management, exception handling.
• OCR configuration for automated data recognition.
• Compliance with local tax/legal requirements including e-invoicing.
