Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP FI module and will be responsible for leading the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FI functionalities to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP FI module implementation and support activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP FI functionalities as per business needs.
• Conduct user training and provide support during the user acceptance testing phase.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements and reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FI-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP FI module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in SAP FI configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
