Hiring: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

Education: 15 Years Full-Time Education Required

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI S/4HANA professional who can drive finance transformation initiatives, architect scalable SAP solutions, and help organizations leverage AI-powered business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and transformations

• Design and configure SAP Finance solutions aligned with business requirements

• Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows using SAP AI capabilities and Agentic AI concepts

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions

• Own solution architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and intelligent process transformation within SAP landscapes

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

• Mentor teams, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and guide key technical decisions

• Work closely with stakeholders to define technical specifications and business solutions

Must-Have Skills

SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

12+ years of SAP Finance experience

Strong Financial Accounting and Controlling knowledge

SAP Fiori exposure and user experience understanding

SAP module integration expertise (MM, SD, CO, PS, etc.)

Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Team leadership and stakeholder management skills

End-to-end implementation and transformation project experience

Preferred Experience

⭐ SAP AI Services / SAP Joule

⭐ Agentic AI use cases in SAP environments

⭐ Finance process automation and intelligent workflows

⭐ Agile delivery methodologies

⭐ AI-driven transformation initiatives
