Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO with CFIN .
- Minimum 2 - 3 end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, S/4HANA et.
- Experience with business process harmonization across multiple ERP systems.
S/4HANA Transformation Experience
The candidate should have hands-on experience in:
- S/4HANA Finance Transformation programs.
- Brownfield and Greenfield implementations.
- Finance process redesign and standardization.
- Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Data Migration and Validation.
- Cutover Planning and Go-Live Support.
- Hypercare and Production Support.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting.
- SAP Central Finance Certification (preferred).
- Experience in global SAP S/4 Hana transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead client workshops independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing offshore/onsite coordination.
