Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and provide SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP FI and CO configuration activities.
• Handle:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Asset Accounting
  • Bank Accounting
• Handle:
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Profitability Analysis
• Configure:
  • Document Types
  • Posting Keys
  • Payment Terms
  • Account Determination
• Support tax and statutory requirements.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support integration with SAP MM, SD, and other modules.
• Analyze complex functional issues and provide solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
• Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams.
• Lead testing activities, including:
  • Integration Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support production issues and root cause analysis.
• Manage business stakeholder communication.
• Guide and mentor functional consultants.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP FICO experience.
• Strong SAP FI and CO configuration experience.
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM and SD.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
