SAP FI-CO Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) to support a leading energy storage manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including finance, product costing, inventory valuation, internal orders, profitability analysis, and workflow-driven approval processes within complex, multi-plant manufacturing operations. Experience supporting manufacturing, energy storage systems, or related industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred. The consultant should be capable of driving end-to-end functional design, business process optimization, integration with supply chain and production modules, and support for scalable financial operations in a fast-growing energy solutions environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience across implementations and support engagements.
• Configure and support core FI processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in CO (Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Production Orders, WIP Calculation, Variance Analysis).
• Experience in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments (energy solutions preferred).
• Strong understanding of finance integration with supply chain and production processes.
• Experience with SAP Workflow configuration and support.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in energy solutions or industrial manufacturing organizations.
• Exposure to high-volume transaction environments and complex BOM structures.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and financial controls in regulated industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
