The SAP Expert - Finance will serve as a key functional lead in optimizing and evolving
our financial systems architecture. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of
SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions, driving digital transformation through process automation, and
ensuring the seamless integration of financial workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap
between complex business requirements and technical execution, acting as a strategic partner
to both internal stakeholders and external consultants.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and drive SAP finance solution improvements, enhancements, and developments
- (SAP S/4HANA).To work closely with various internal stakeholders and business partners on financial transformation and process automation.
- Collaborate with SAP technical/development teams and external partners to configure, test, and deploy changes to FICO module.
- Ensure SAP solutions support for end-to-end financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO) and reporting
- Oversee data migration, interfaces, and integration with other systems and modules as part of transformation initiatives.
- Serve as the liaison with SAP and external support consultants on technical matters, aligning project objectives, deliverables, milestones.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Problem solving attitude with analytical bent of mind.
- Effective communication & stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in managing and working in a team.
- Proven experience collaborating with external consulting firms (e.g., Big 4) on SAP implementation and maintenance projects.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO modules. ABAP knowledge will be a plus.
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
