Overview:
10 to 15 years of SAP experience with 6 years in on EWM and S/4 HANA implementation, support and rollout projects. Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes Design, Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage priority-based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing a vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and Coordinate with the technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements,s proposing solutions methodology etc.,
Here's how you'll contribute:
SAP WM and EWM Consultant at Zensar take end-to-end ownership of projects and provides valuable expertise. Well acquainted with ASAP and involved in various stages of project implementation, like project preparation, business blueprint, realization/configuration, testing, end-user training, go-live and production support.
You'll do this by:
- Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery
- Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents
- Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role
- SAP S/4 HANA and EWM Certification, along with Domain experience, will be preferable
- Estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed
- Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
- Leading and mentoring small-sized teams
- A highly motivated natural team player with stupendous communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Skilled in delivering in a goal-oriented, target-driven work environment.
Skills required to contribute:
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management integration with SAP ATTP, with a minimum of 5 years experience with S/4 HANA experience is a must
- Knowledge on the following: Shipping or Distribution, Picking, Packing, Delivery Documents, and Batch Management
- Experience in Idocs and Batch jobs, Outbound and Inbound Inventory Management (GR, GI, TP, STO).
- Experience in working on SAP mobility solutions
- Label Output Types, Label Print, Label Re-print, Label Format
- Experience in S/4HANA Warehouse Management & Logistics Execution
- Configuration experience in SAP WM with end-to-end processes
- Barcode scanning
- Physical Inventory, Physical Count, Cycle Count
- Transport Request, Transfer Order,
- Handling Unit Delivery and Non-Handling Unit Delivery
- Picking, Reverse Picking, Loading Area, Container Packing, Unpacking, Shipment Area, Picking and Packing container
- Packing and Unpacking of HU in a Container
- Batch management, Class and Characteristics
- Transfer Posting - Material to Material, Plant to Plant, Sloc to Sloc, Bin to Bin, IM
- Stock to WM Stock for different types of Stocks
- Serialised and Non-Serialised material

- Cross-Dock Delivery
- Working experience with inbound/outbound/Manufacturing staging/
- In-depth experience of Warehouse and P2P functional module and thorough understanding of cross-functional applications, integrating other modules like FI, LEMM, with SD.
- Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), Taking Signoffs, Configuration, Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Worked on Developing/Executing test scenarios and test cases. Hands-on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance, error and bug tracking using HP Quality Centre or any other testing tool.
- Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing for verifying the functionality of the P2P transactions
- Setting up customer /BP master data and material master data, identifying GAP's with the existing process and the new to be process.
- Worked on Business Requirements and Blue Printing of the process
- Experience in handling master data for WM
- Conversant with SAP Transactions, Programs, Tables, Function modules, Reports, etc.
- Have good experience in writing Functional specifications for custom developments and have worked closely with ABAP developers in BADI Enhancements for the custom requirements.
- Experience in working with various tools for issue recording and tracking; Change request management, Testing tools, 3rd party systems integration, etc.
- Ability and desire to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing customer needs, technology requirements and strategic direction with ease.
- Status reporting to the project manager on the deliverables, risks, issues, actions, etc.
- Experience in working on Global Delivery projects for International Clients is preferred.
- Worked on the issues related to Vendor/BP Master Records and Condition Records.
- Developed and executed Test Scripts, recorded Test results
- Designed and provided completed templates for Customer /BP Master, Pricing Master, and Open sales Order data migration from the Legacy system to the Core SAP system.
- Worked on Developing/Executing test scenarios and test cases. Hands-on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance
- Understanding of middleware applications and Configurations (Eg: XI, CIF, RFC Connections, IDOC).
Experience in EWM:
- SAP EWM design, configuration and support experience in WM/LE module: Inbound/outbound/manufacturing process with Warehouse, VAS, Picking, Packing, HUM, Cross-docking, Yard management, Labour management, Physical inventory, Shipment, Internal Warehouse Processes and return process.
- Experienced in SAP EWM with designing labels, Barcode Scanners, RF implementation and support.
- Business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (WM) and other SAP cross-functional experience in MM, PP&SD.
- Must have Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP external systems (Supplier collaboration, 3PL, etc.) /internal legacy systems. Integration experience with SAP 3PL preferred.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies, methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well-documented system designs and prepare a business process global template.
- Working experience with Serial number and batch management.
- Working experience of cross-docking, wave/2-step picking, etc.
- Must have a good understanding of SAP Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes
- Experience in any ticket management tool and support relevant work environments.
- Strong understanding of integration with other modules like FI/CO, SD, PP, QM
- Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
- Hands-on experience in Tools like Service Now, Solution Manager, Jira, etc.
