Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and WM, with experience in SAP TM.
Experienced SAP EWM/WM with TM Consultant to support end-to-end warehouse, logistics, and transportation processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Strong functional expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation Management (TM), along with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing supply chain operations.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM/WM and TM solutions to support warehouse and transportation processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
Configure inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, TU/vehicle management, yard operations, and transportation planning.
Integrate EWM/WM and TM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and QM.
Support master data setup, including storage bins, warehouse structure, packaging specifications, transportation lanes, freight orders, and carriers.
Resolve issues, perform system testing, and support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical consultants (ABAP, Basis, Integration).
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
Provide post-go-live support and ensure seamless operations across warehouse and transportation functions.
Stay updated on SAP innovations and best practices in EWM, WM, and TM.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, staging, replenishment, physical inventory).
Experience in freight units, freight orders, planning, carrier selection, and charge calculation in SAP TM.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM and decentralized EWM configurations.
Strong understanding of logistics execution and integration points across SAP modules.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Experience in global templates, rollouts, or multi-country implementations is a plus.
