Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations, support, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse processes, serialization, service depot operations, subcontracting, Advanced Returns Management (ARM), and integration with non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and support SAP EWM solutions across warehouse operations.
• Manage serialization, traceability, service depot, refurbishment, consignment inventory, subcontracting, WIP tracking, and ARM processes.
• Monitor and resolve EWM queues, IDocs, RF transaction, and integration issues.
• Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments.
• Participate in cutover activities, data migration, go-live, and hyper care support.
• Provide technical solutions to business requirements and manage production support activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, coding, and data governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of SAP experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in:
• Serialization and traceability processes
• Service depot and repair/refurbishment operations
• Customer consignment inventory management
• Subcontracting and complex WIP stock flows
• Advanced Returns Management (ARM)
• EWM queues, IDocs, and RF framework
• Experience with SAP and non-SAP system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in global delivery environments.
