Exp: 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad(WFO)

SAP EWM / MM / WM Consultant – Role Profile

Technical Skills

1. Strong hands-on proficiency in SAP EWM, MM, and WM modules.
2. Proven experience in the configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP EWM/MM/WM functionalities.
3. Solid working knowledge of core business processes:

• Procurement (source-to-pay cycle)
• Inventory Management (goods movements, stock types, physical inventory)
• Warehouse Management (inbound, outbound, internal movements, stock removal/put-away strategies)

1. Ability to integrate SAP MM/WM/EWM with adjacent modules:

• FI – Financial Accounting
• PP – Production Planning
• SD – Sales & Distribution (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. System Configuration

• Configure SAP EWM/MM/WM modules to align with business requirements.
• Translate business processes into SAP standard and custom solutions.
• Author functional specifications and guide technical (ABAP) developments.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate system functionality and ensure end-to-end process integrity.
• Support cutover, data migration, and go-live activities.

3. Support & Maintenance

• Provide ongoing production support and timely issue resolution.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and apply corrective actions.
• Deliver enhancements and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Experience

Implementation Projects

• Experience across 1–2 full-cycle SAP EWM/MM/WM implementations (Blueprint → Realization → Go-Live → Support).
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Material Master Data
• Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts & Scheduling Agreements
• Inventory & Valuation
• Warehouse Process Flows (put-away, picking, replenishment, wave management)

Support & Enhancements

• Demonstrated experience in post-go-live support and stabilization.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and enhancement delivery skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Consistently strong academic record across SSC, Intermediate/Diploma, and Graduation.
• SAP certification in EWM/MM is a strong advantage.

Preferred / Value-Add Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded/Decentralized EWM.
• Familiarity with RF Framework, PPF, Warehouse Monitor, and EWM–ERP integration.
• Exposure to global warehouse and manufacturing landscapes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
