• SAP EWM end-to-end process design, configuration, testing, and support
• Serialization & Traceability
• Service Depot, Repair & Returns Processes
• Customer Consignment Inventory Management
• Subcontracting & WIP Stock Flow Management
• Advanced Returns Management (ARM)
• EWM Queues, IDocs, and RF Transactions Troubleshooting
• Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes & VAS
• Functional Specification Preparation and ABAP Coordination
• Cutover Planning, Data Migration, and Hypercare Support

Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations
• Strong knowledge of non-SAP integrations and warehouse operations
• Experience in manufacturing/service depot environments preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP EWM solutions
• Resolve EWM queues, IDoc, and RF-related issues
• Support warehouse operations and business processes
• Work with ABAP teams for custom developments
• Participate in data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance
• Prepare technical/functional documentation
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and work independently
