Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with Scrum teams to design, configure, and deliver SAP S/4 system capabilities for EWM
- Lead requirement gathering and business analysis, translating stakeholder needs into functional requirements and best-practice approaches
- Drive functional design, workflow documentation, and end-to-end testing for EWM solutions
- Configure and integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring traceability of new requirements across inter-related systems
- Support inbound and outbound process design and delivery, including packaging specifications
- Ensure strong integration between EWM-PP and EWM-QM capabilities
- Partner with data, change management, and infrastructure teams on enabling activities and project execution
- Proactively manage inter-team dependencies across Scrum teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders and technical teams
- Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and post-production support activities for SAP EWM programs
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, Agile methodologies, and enterprise warehouse management standards
Experience Required:
- 7 - 13 years of experience in SAP EWM functional consulting and SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration, warehouse management, and inventory management processes
- Hands-on experience with inbound/outbound processes, packaging specifications, and system integrations
- Experience working with EWM-PP and EWM-QM integrations in enterprise SAP environments
- Good understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery models, business analysis, and requirements gathering
- Experience in functional design, workflow documentation, testing, and SAP S/4 system configuration
- Exposure to data management, change management, and cross-functional project coordination
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
