To design, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM processes for Visteon's global SAP program, ensuring efficient, accurate, and stable warehouse operations aligned with the global EWM template and business requirements.
Key Objectives of this Role
- Deliver SAP EWM Configuration & Build: Configure inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and production supply processes in line with the global EWM design.
- Support Global Rollouts: Execute EWM blueprinting support, build, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, and hypercare activities for each rollout site.
- Ensure Warehouse Execution Accuracy: Enable accurate picking, packing, HU management, RF execution, and inventory handling.
- Support Integration Scenarios: Ensure correct integration between EWM and S/4HANA modules such as OTC, PP/DS, MM, and Finance.
- Reduce Manual Work & Errors: Leverage SAP standard EWM functionality to improve productivity and minimize workarounds.
- Stabilize Operations Post Go-Live: Resolve defects, analyze root causes, and support AMS transition.
- Adhere to Global Standards: Follow the approved EWM template, governance rules, and design principles with minimal customizations.

- Support Stabilization of the Pilot Site
oResolve open EWM defects related to inbound, outbound, HU, RF, and staging.
oImprove picking accuracy, HU handling, and system performance.
- Deliver EWM Build for Tunisia, Asia & Subsequent Sites
oConfigure storage types, strategies, work centers, RF profiles, and pack specs.
oSupport site-specific fit-gap analysis within template boundaries.
- Execute SIT & UAT Activities
oPrepare and execute EWM test scenarios.
oSupport integration testing with OTC, PP/DS, and Finance.
oEnsure clean test cycles with minimal defect leakage.
- Cutover & Go-Live Support
oSupport warehouse cutover activities (bins, stock, HUs, open tasks).
oValidate physical inventory alignment and open document handling.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
