Logineering is partnering with a major retail client based in The Netherlands, to hire experienced SAP EWM professionals who have worked on automated warehouses.

If you've connected SAP to AS/RS, shuttles or robots and seen it all run live, we'd love to hear from you. (A solid experience in non-automated environment might also be considered)

Role Details

• Positions: SAP EWM Consultant and SAP EWM Senior Consultant

• Location: [Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai], India - Remote/ Hybrid setup

• Employment type: Full-time, with the end client

• Notice period: Immediate to 60 days

Preferred Compensation (CTC) & experience:

SAP EWM Consultant

4 to 7 years

16 – 20 LPA

SAP EWM Senior Consultant

8 to 12+ years

20 – 30 LPA

Plus performance bonus and benefits. Strong MFS and automation expertise can be considered above the range (not mendatory).

What You'll Do

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, rollouts and support on S/4HANA (embedded and decentralised)

• Design and configure inbound, outbound, internal processes, storage control, wave management and slotting

• Configure Material Flow System (MFS) and integrate EWM with conveyors, AS/RS, shuttle systems, AGVs/AMRs and sorters

• Work with automation vendors and PLC/WCS/WES teams on telegram design, communication channels and testing

• Run workshops with business users, write functional specifications and work with ABAP developers

• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare

• Senior Consultant: own the solution design, lead workstreams, mentor juniors and act as the main client contact

What You Bring

• 4+ years (Consultant) or 8+ years (Senior) of hands-on SAP EWM experience

• At least 2 (Consultant) or 3+ (Senior) full-cycle implementations

• Practical experience in automated warehouses: MFS, PLC/WCS integration, or third-party automation interfaces

• Good knowledge of RF framework, PPF, HU management, labour management, yard management and quality inspection

• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM and TM

• Clear communication and experience with global or client-facing teams

Nice to Have

• SAP EWM certification

• Exposure to vendors like Dematic, Swisslog, Knapp, SSI Schaefer, Honeywell Intelligrated, AutoStore or Vanderlande

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, pharma, automotive or 3PL

• Fiori apps for EWM and basic ABAP debugging
