(SAP EWM – Warehouse Transformation)
Location: Pan India
We are seeking a Digital Transformation (SAP EWM – Warehouse Transformation) with relevant 6-14 years of SAP experience to lead warehouse transformation initiatives, drive SAP EWM-led modernization, and partner with business & IT teams to deliver scalable end-to-end digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP EWM advisory engagements, including as-is/to-be assessments, fit-gap analysis, and blueprinting.
- Drive full-cycle SAP EWM implementations and rollouts in S/4HANA (Embedded & Decentralized).
- Align warehouse business processes with SAP EWM capabilities and industry best practices.
- Manage client stakeholders and influence decision-making across business and IT teams.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Develop transformation deliverables—process maps, documentation, and project assets.
- Recommend process improvements and digital solutions for warehouse optimization.
- Coordinate project phases including estimations, design, and implementation.
- Work independently or lead small teams; deliver in agile environments.
- Leverage Capgemini tools, accelerators, and best practices for value-driven transformation.
Technical Expertise & Domain Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM across inbound, outbound, internal processes, RF, MFS, and EWM innovations.
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and integrations with SAP & non‑SAP systems.
- Cross‑module integration knowledge: SD, MM, PP, QM, TM.
- Exposure to industries such as Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automotive, Logistics, Fashion, and Engineering.
- Solid understanding of supply chain, warehouse management, and manufacturing domains.
Your Qualifications
- B.Tech mandatory; MBA/master's preferred.
- 6–14 years of relevant SAP experience.
