Must have: SAP, SD Module, SAP MM, TM, GTS and FI module.
Good to have: SAP ABAP, SAP HANA
Responsibilities
- Configured and supported end-to-end SAP SD processes including Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Worked extensively on Sales & Distribution sub-modules and integrated SD with MM, FI, TM, and GTS modules.
- Gathered business requirements and translated them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Managed master data setup and maintenance, including Customer Master, Material Master, Equipment Master, Install Base, and Warranty Management.
- Configured and supported Contracts, Service Agreements, and Billing processes as per business requirements.
- Performed end-to-end testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Monitored and resolved inbound and outbound IDoc errors and coordinated with technical teams for interface issue resolution.
- Worked on AIF (Application Interface Framework) error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting for seamless system integration.
