Process Design & Configuration: Configure and maintain core SD elements including sales order types, pricing procedures, copy controls, and billing plans.
Order-to-Cash (O2C): Design and support end-to-end O2C scenarios such as make-to-order, consignment, third-party sales, and inter-company stock transfers.
Master Data Management: Manage Customer Master Data, Material Master Data, Customer-Material Info Records, and condition maintenance.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with FI/CO, MM, Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM).
