Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Implementation & Training Specialist to coordinate SAP ERP implementation activities, work closely with the SAP Implementation Partner, and drive successful user adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the SAP Implementation Partner for end-to-end SAP ERP implementation.
- Gather business requirements and support implementation, testing, and go-live activities.
- Conduct employee training sessions on SAP ERP processes and functionalities.
- Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
- Handle user queries and provide timely issue resolution.
- Support UAT, maintain project documentation, and prepare MOMs.
- Ensure smooth post-implementation support and user adoption.
- Collaborate with business teams to improve process efficiency and system utilization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP Implementation.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP, SAP ECP, and SAP HANA.
- Experience working with SAP Implementation Partners.
- Experience in employee training and change management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and query-handling abilities.
