We are hiring a remote SAP ERP Functional Consultant based in India to drive end-to-end functional delivery, S/4HANA migrations, and cross-module integration for global customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and business blueprint sessions across SAP modules (FI/CO/SD/MM) to translate business requirements into solution specifications.
- Configure SAP systems, develop master data strategy, and validate configuration through unit, integration and UAT testing.
- Own end-to-end cutover planning, support data migration (mapping & reconciliation) and coordinate go-live and hypercare activities.
- Design and implement cross-module integrations (IDoc/ALE, interfaces) and collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration or performance issues.
- Prepare functional documentation—BRDs, functional specs, test scripts—and train business users on new processes and system functionality.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, support change management, and drive continuous improvement of ERP processes.

- Strong stakeholder management, UAT coordination and training delivery for business users in a distributed environment.
