SAP EPPM (PS/PPM)Functional consultant

The SAP PS/PPM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP solutions for Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM). The role covers SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) modules, including integration with other SAP modules, data migration, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP solutions for business processes using SAP PS and SAP PPM.
• Configure SAP Project Systems (PS) and Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) to meet business requirements.
• Address custom requirements, including requirement gathering, functional specification preparation, and testing.
• Ensure integration of PPM with PS, HCM, CATS, and FICO (Evaluation and Internal Orders).
• Implement PS solutions for Capital Projects, Customer Projects, Overhead Projects, and Statistical Projects.
• Manage project lifecycle processes in PS: project structuring, cost planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, commitment management, project actuals, status management, and project closure.
• Handle PS integration with other SAP modules: FI, CO, AA, MM, SD, PP, PM, HCM, and CATS.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, and support projects for PS and PPM.
• Execute data migration activities for both PS and PPM.
• Utilize Fiori apps for reporting and project functionalities.
• Work on Agile methodology-based projects.
• Engage proactively with clients and internal teams for requirements clarification and solution delivery.

Must-Have Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP PS and PPM experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).
• Experience in integration of PS/PPM with other SAP modules.
• Exposure to project lifecycle management including structuring, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and project closure.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with data migration for PS and PPM.

Good-to-Have

• SAP Certification in Project Systems (PS) or Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Minimum 712 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of other EPPM modules: CPM, Innovation Management.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud solutions for project management.
• Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.
• Experience using Solution Manager / Focus Build during implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
