Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ePPDS Consultant to support the design, implementation, and support of Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePPDS) in SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize production planning, scheduling, and capacity management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP ePPDS in S/4HANA
• Analyze and optimize production planning and scheduling processes
• Configure:
• Planning strategies and heuristics
• Capacity planning and finite scheduling
• Pegging and alert monitoring
• Integrate ePPDS with:
• SAP PP, MM, SD, QM, and EWM
• Work on Master Data setup:
• PDS (Production Data Structure)
• Resources, product masters, BOMs, routings
• Configure and manage:
• Product Heuristics
• Planning Procedures
• Scheduling Board
• Handle MRP / Advanced Planning scenarios
• Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Provide production support and performance optimization
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments
• Conduct user training and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on ePPDS
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP & ePPDS
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
• Experience in CIF integration and core interface models
• Good understanding of finite scheduling and manufacturing processes
• Experience in Discrete / Process / Repetitive Manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA ePPDS certification
• Experience in APO PP/DS to ePPDS migration
• Knowledge of Fiori apps for Production Planning
• Experience in global rollout projects

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IBP integration
• Experience with make-to-order / make-to-stock scenarios
