Avigna is hiring SAP EHS Consultant
Our SAP Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for a SAP EHS Consultant to join the team to design, implement, and support end-to-end compliance solutions on the S/4HANA platform.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to drive regulatory compliance innovations while improving efficiency, cost management, and delivery quality.

Experience
10–15 years of relevant experience in SAP Product Compliance implementations, preferably across ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments.

Hybrid (Onsite 2–3 days per week, up to 25% remote)
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business needs related to SAP Product Compliance and Regulatory Compliance.
- Design and deliver end-to-end SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions aligned with business process design.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, and process teams.
- Configure and implement SAP Product Compliance for Discrete Industries, including:
- Master data preparation
- Regulatory inventory definition and management
- Document management within regulatory compliance
- Material compliance status and lifecycle management
- Integrate compliance processes with other SAP S/4HANA business processes.
- Support subsequent solution releases covering:
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management
- Global Label Management
- Dangerous Goods Management
- Substance Volume Tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional designers and developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in testing, go-live, and post go-live support activities.
- Follow project delivery methodologies and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
Qualification
- University degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
- Strong expertise in SAP EHS Product Compliance (Classic EHS and S/4HANA New Product Compliance).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, and Regulatory Inventory Management.
- Solid understanding of Discrete Industries business processes.
- Exposure to chemical regulations and food safety regulations is an added advantage.
- Experience with Global Label Management and Substance Volume Tracking is preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
