Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with expertise in SAP Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to join our team as a Consultant and Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and deep proficiency in SAP EHS PS solution functionality, including specification database design, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring, and hazardous materials classification.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities to drive end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, rollouts, and application maintenance/support projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Consultant and Team Lead, demonstrating excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leverage expertise in SAP EHS PS functionalities, including:
  • Specification database design
  • SDS authoring
  • Label creation
  • Hazardous materials classification
  • Build and manage WWI templates and oversee 3E content data loading and management using OCC/Optimize Broker.
  • Configure and manage expert rules, including EHS PS Configurations, Generation Server (GenPC), and Expert Servers.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, rollouts, and support projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EHS configuration and custom development issues.
  • Integrate SAP EHS with:
  • TMS for Dangerous Goods Management
  • EWM for Hazardous Substance Management
  • Logistics for EHS outbound processes
  • Provide end-user training and support to enhance the SAP EHS experience.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional integration skills with MM, FI, and SD modules.
  • Lead business and technical discussions, document solutions, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Engage in blueprinting, configuration, testing, documentation, and production support as required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in SAP EHS implementation and support.
  • Proven expertise in WWI template development and expert rules configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP EHS functionalities and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in integrating EHS with TMS, EWM, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP Certification in EHS or related modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
