We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with expertise in SAP Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Warehouse Management (WM)/Logistics Execution (LE) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional background, coupled with a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and integration projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can tackle complex business challenges, mentor junior team members, and contribute to Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with teams to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Continuously seek feedback and engage in self-improvement for professional growth.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP EHS and WM/LE modules.
- Develop and implement Proof of Concepts (POC) and Points of View (POV) to integrate emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI into existing platforms.
- Mentor and train junior resources through Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) and lessons learned.
- Apply critical thinking to structure and resolve unstructured problems effectively.
- Review ticket quality, deliverables, and project status, ensuring alignment with SLAs.
- Manage incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Engage with clients directly, leading engagements and fostering strong relationships.
- Drive cross-functional collaborations and support COE activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks and escalations within projects.
Technical Skills :
- Deep expertise in SAP EHS, including:
- Specification database design
- SDS authoring
- Label creation
- Hazardous materials management
- WWI template building & 3E content management
- EHS PS configurations
- Experience in SAP EHS implementations (greenfield/brownfield), rollouts, and support projects.
- Strong knowledge of EHS integration with TMS, EWM, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in SAP WM/LE, covering:
- Inbound/outbound processes
- Value-added services (VAS)
- Picking, packing, and handling unit management (HUM)
- Cross-docking & yard management
- Hands-on experience in label designing, barcode scanners, and RF technology.
- Expertise in SAP & non-SAP system integration, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP EHS and WM/LE (design, configuration, and support).
- Strong cross-functional integration skills with MM, FI, and SD modules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in blueprinting, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Basic ABAP knowledge and experience with Solution Manager.
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (preferred).
Preferred Skills :
- SAP PM Module Certification.
- Experience with LOSC/POSC.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and flexible work environments.
