Job Description:
- SAP EDI consultant with strong SAP SD EDI expertise
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and SAP (ECC / S/4HANA).
- Proven experience as an IBM Sterling & SAP EDI Consultant, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting B2B/EDI integrations between IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and SAP systems.
- Strong experience in onboarding trading partners, managing EDI transactions, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring reliable end-to-end data exchange between external partners and SAP.
- Solid knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML formats.
- Extensive experience in EDI mapping and data translation.
- Hands-on experience with EDI communication protocols including FTP, SFTP, HTTP, AS2, and related technologies.
- Good understanding of non-standard and enterprise data formats such as SAP IDOCs, CSV, flat files, and XML.
- In-depth knowledge of ANSI X12 transaction sets including 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, 940, 945, 944, 943, 204, 210, and 997.
- Proficiency in BPML (Business Process Modeling Language) and GPM (Graphical Process Modeler).
- Experience providing EDI production support in high-volume, business-critical environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Expertise in EDI middleware tools (Working knowledge in LIAISON would be added advantage)
- SAP ABAP development expertise for EDI customization
- Working knowledge of SAP IDOCS
