Overall Objectives of job
The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP
SuccessFactors Employee Central with RBP (Role-Based Permissions) knowledge. The
candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across
countries, preferably in mid/large size organization with a specific focus on configuring and
managing RBP. Their deep understanding of RBP will also enable them provide guidance and
support to HR and IT teams on best practices for maintaining RBP configurations and
troubleshooting any RBP-related issues. This may involve conducting training sessions, creating
documentation, and actively participating in system enhancement projects to continuously
optimize the RBP framework and ensure its effectiveness.
Duties and responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Role- Based Permissions (RBP) modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for EC and RBP processes.
Configure and maintain EC and RBP workflows, permission settings, and data visibility to ensure accurate and secure HR data management.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to EC and RBP modules.
Train end-users on the effective use of EC and RBP modules to optimize HR processes
and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest releases and enhancements of SuccessFactors EC and
RBP modules, and industry trends related to HR systems and data security.
Assist in the implementation and integration of Employee Central with other HR
systems and modules.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to the Employee
Central module.
Maintain and update employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company
policies and regulations.
Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support the adoption and
utilization of Employee Central.
Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best
practices related to Employee Central.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations as needed.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve any system integration or technical issues.
Participate in the testing and validation of system updates, enhancements, and new releases.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to HR systems and processes
Strong background in HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports:
o Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports or enhancements to existing reports
o Designing and developing custom reports using SAP SuccessFactors Story functionality
o Testing and validating reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
o Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with reports
o Working closely with other teams, such as HR and IT, to ensure alignment of reporting requirements with overall business goals.
