Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll processes, EC-ECP integration, and compliance, along with hands-on experience in schema configuration, payroll control, and data migration.
  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions
  • Design, maintain, and enhance payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including off-cycle payroll and year-end activities
  • Configure and manage Payroll Control Centre (PCC) for monitoring and validation
  • Integrate Employee Central (EC) with ECP using replication frameworks (Point-to-Point, BIB)
  • Configure Posting to Finance, bank transfers, and payroll-related financial processes
  • Support payroll-related employee events and data validations
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory payroll regulations
  • Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and support production deployments
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EC, Time, Finance, Integration)
  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
  • Work on audit processes and payroll reporting
  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems

Your Profile

  • Experience withSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • Exposure to global payroll implementations
  • Knowledge of integration tools:
  • SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
  • SAP PI/PO
  • Boomi or other middleware
  • Experience with:
  • Mashups / BIB configuration
  • Custom payroll integrations
  • Familiarity with data migration tools:
  • LTMC / LTMOM
  • Knowledge of:
  • S/4HANA payroll schemas and finance integration
  • Understanding of:
  • Cloud-based HR transformations
  • Hybrid landscape (on-premise + cloud)
  • Experience in:
  • Payroll audit reporting and compliance checks
  • Automation and process optimization in payroll
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for payroll issues
