Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP EAM & PM Lead/Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and defining SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, with a basic understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO.

Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP EAM & PM projects, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas, and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP EAM & PM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Configure and define SAP EAM & PM module settings to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure smooth integration between SAP EAM & PM and other modules such as SD, MM, and FICO.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions in container terminal, shipping, and logistics environments.
  • Utilize knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management to enhance system capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of SAP specialists, fostering professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations and customizations.
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP EAM & PM configuration and management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules.
  • Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics business processes.
  • Knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
