We are looking for a skilled SAP EAM & PM Lead/Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and defining SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, with a basic understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO.
Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP EAM & PM projects, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas, and optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP EAM & PM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure and define SAP EAM & PM module settings to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure smooth integration between SAP EAM & PM and other modules such as SD, MM, and FICO.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions in container terminal, shipping, and logistics environments.
- Utilize knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management to enhance system capabilities.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal functionality.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of SAP specialists, fostering professional growth and continuous learning.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations and customizations.
- Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP EAM & PM configuration and management.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules.
- Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics business processes.
- Knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
