We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC (Data Retention and Compliance) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing data retention processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SAP DRC (Data Retention and Compliance) processes
- Develop and implement data retention policies in accordance with local regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and integration of DRC within existing SAP systems
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of data management practices
- Provide training and support to team members on DRC best practices and tools
- Monitor and report on data retention metrics and compliance status
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in SAP DRC or related fields
- Strong understanding of data retention regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SAP modules related to data management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in conducting audits and assessments of data management practices
- Ability to develop and implement effective data retention strategies
