SAP DMC Consultant

Role Description:

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) and SAP BTP for client projects.
• Analyze existing client systems and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP DM/BTP solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade manufacturing solutions.
• Lead client-facing sessions for requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, and system design.
• Perform and coordinate end-to-end testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Create functional and technical documentation aligned with implementation methodology.
• Engage in pre-sales activities such as demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Maintain and build trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and solution delivery.
• Manage projects with autonomy and team collaboration across different phases.
• Perform current-state assessments and develop future-state strategies.
• Lead and participate in blueprinting and solution architecture sessions.
• Conduct functional testing, system validation, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver training materials and end-user documentation.
• Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in product demos and pre-sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing or SAP BTP.
• At least 1 full-cycle implementation experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ME or SAP MII implementations.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, QM, PM, and EWM (preferred).
• Exposure to manufacturing execution systems, industrial control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC), and data historians.
• Working knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC and MQTT is a plus.
• Familiarity with development tools like UI5, Python, SQL, or JavaScript is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech or a related field.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements (up to 50%).
