We are seeking an SAP Developer (Process Automation) to design, develop, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions using SAP BTP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Intelligent RPA, SAP AI Core, and AI Foundation, with a focus on streamlining business processes and driving efficiency. This role requires collaboration with business partners and product teams to define requirements and ensure solutions meet compliance and business standards. You will be at the forefront of innovation, continuously exploring new tools and strategies to enhance automation across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions using SAP BTP, including SAP Intelligent RPA, SAP AI Core, and AI Foundation. You will ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and adhere to best practices.
- Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with the BTP lead, business partners, and product teams to define automation and AI requirements. You will lead the integration of automation workflows and AI models with existing SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure flawless process continuity.
- Documentation & Optimization: Develop and maintain key user documentation, including solution architecture, test scripts, and process flows. You will also implement, test, and optimize process automation solutions, continuously monitoring performance and adjusting for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Innovation & Research: Stay up to date with SAP BTP process automation capabilities and AI advancements. You will proactively adopt new tools and strategies and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prove feasibility and fit for use to augment SAP BTP capabilities.
Technical Skills
- Good experience with SAP BTP, including at least two years of hands-on development in automation (SAP RPA) and AI-based solutions (SAP AI Core/AI Foundation).
- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying SAP automation bots and AI models.
- Solid understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model.
- Experience with AI, ML, and API solutions (e.g., BTP SI, MuleSoft).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Gen AI technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
- Familiarity with data analytics and scientific computing platforms such as Databricks, Dash, Plotly, Spotfire, and related programming languages like SQL and Python.
- Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) is a plus.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree with relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Computer Science or a STEM major.
- SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP, SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Certification, or any AWS Developer certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe for software delivery is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is preferred.
